Introduction

In Nepal, the 16th of Magh is commemorated as "Martyr's Day" throughout the country, in honor of those who have given their lives for the country. Every year, from Magh 10 to Magh 16, a martyr's week is observed, with the 16th day of the week being commemorated as "Martyr's Day." The martyrs of Nepal are all those who gave their lives for the country. The term "martyr" refers to those immortal people who gave their lives to raise their voices and safeguard numerous rights, including the freedom of the country, culture, and existence of the people, as well as the people's freedom to email eternally in the thoughts of every patriotic citizen.
